Eight things that are always true.
Keys never leave your Box
Exchange and AI keys are encrypted at rest on your own server and never appear in logs, job data, agent results or anything sent to us.
The agent never sees keys
The agent works through a fixed set of tools. None of them returns a key, and forms never show a saved key again.
Live is a human action
Switching a strategy to live happens only in the dashboard, by you, after the checklist. The agent has no way to do it.
Strategies run sandboxed
Strategy code is treated as untrusted: a separate locked-down container with no route to your database, and no network at all for backtests and optimizations.
Limits that only reduce risk
Guardian limits and the kill switch can stop or hold trading. Nothing the agent does can loosen them.
Trade-only exchange keys
We recommend exchange keys that can trade but cannot withdraw funds.
Backups
Your Box is backed up, and a restore drill is part of how it is maintained.
Kept up to date
We keep the software updated, rolling each release out to test Boxes before everyone else.
